Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial. New members are eligible for a one class in group free trial to experience our classes and facilities. The free trial includes access to all regular classes and training sessions. To activate the free trial, prospective members must register online or at the front desk. 2. Membership Renewal: Memberships are renewed automatically on a monthly basis. Members will receive a reminder email one week before the renewal date. To update payment information or change membership plans, members must contact the front desk or update their profile online. 3. Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. Cancellations must be submitted via email or in person at the front desk. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. 4. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for membership fees once the billing cycle has started. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or relocation, with appropriate documentation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Class Make-Up Policy: Members are allowed up to two make-up classes per month. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and cannot be carried over to the next month. 6. Payment and Late Fees: Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10 will be applied if payment is not received by the 5th of the month. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date. 7. Photo and Video Release: By joining Satori no Michi Non-Profit, members consent to the use of their images in promotional materials. Members who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the club in writing. 8. Liability Waiver: All members must sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes or activities. Satori no Michi Non-Profit is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training.
