Upcoming class Yiquan
Yiquan for kids is a wonderful way to blend physical activity with mental focus. It encourages mindfulness through slow, controlled movements, helping children improve their balance, flexibility, and overall coordination. Beyond the physical benefits, Yiquan promotes relaxation and reduces stress, offering kids a tool for emotional regulation. It's a fun, low-impact exercise that can be adapted for all ages and abilities, making it perfect for helping young ones develop both their bodies and minds.

Upcoming Woman class
Women's martial arts classes offer more than just physical training. They provide a supportive environment where women can build strength, confidence, and self-defense skills. Through learning various techniques, participants improve their fitness, coordination, and mental resilience. These classes also foster a sense of community, empowering women to face challenges both on and off the mat. Whether you're seeking fitness, self-defense, or camaraderie, women's martial arts classes are a powerful way to enhance your life.
